Frequently Asked Questions
We are excited to announce that Reverse Training Program will be holding its Grand Opening soon! We aim to begin enrollment after September 21, 2025. Please note this date is tentative, and we will notify you if it changes. To ensure you receive all updates, we encourage you to sign up for our notifications.
In the meantime, we've compiled some frequently asked questions to provide you with more information:
What are the new student requirements?
- Possess a valid Texas driver’s license, social security card, birth certificate, and high school diploma or GED. If you do not have a diploma or GED, we will administer a standardized test in its place.
- If applicable: green card and/or passport.
- Be able to pass a DOT physical exam and drug test at our approved clinic.
Where are you located?
Reverse Training Program is conveniently located in Central northeast Austin on Decker Lane in 78724.
What is the program duration?
The program typically lasts 6 weeks or less, depending on your progress and attendance.
What are your hours of operation?
Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm.
How do I enroll?
Your first step is to apply online for our CDL training program. We will notify you once the online enrollment system is ready.
- Once you apply online, you will receive a payment link.
- Upon receipt of your payment, your spot will be reserved, and a representative will contact you via phone or email.
When do classes start?
Weekday classes start on the 1st, 3rd, and 5th Monday of each month.
Do you offer job assistance?
Reverse Training Program provides job placement assistance services to every student who wants it, both while enrolled in school and after graduation. Graduates can contact the school at any time for assistance in locating a job.
While no school can guarantee a student a job, we guarantee that we will use our best efforts to prepare and assist you. We are proud of our partnerships with some of the best trucking companies in the country and have city and statewide recruiters ready to hire you!
